This week I attended MOVE IT, the UK’s biggest dance event & the number 1 festival of dance. I felt a bit out of place being the average age of attendees 18 or younger but the atmosphere was really energetic and I even bought a pair of dancing trainers which are limited edition and not launched yet in the UK. Crazy!!!

Ballet dancing is so fascinating and deep inside we would all want our little girls to become as graceful as Darcey Bussell. Here she is opening her heart to us.
