I did not know Kevin Hart before meeting him but I quickly figured I must have been the only person in the world not knowing him: He has 30 million followers on Twitter and 30 million on Instagram. Kevin Hart is one of the world’s funniest comedians following Chris Rock and Eddie Murphy’s footsteps. He was recently in London to launch new animation movie The Secret Life of Pets made by the humans behind Despicable Me. From the clips that I have seen so far the film looks hilarious and extremely comic for both children and adults.

Typically the protective circle around Kevin told us we could not take a picture with him if we did not have a dog. So I ‘borrowed’ little Maltese Princess and told him I had done so. Kevin loved it and laughed. I bet he will use this line for one of his future jokes!

The Rosewood Hotel in central London (Holborn), which is a very dog and family friendly hotel in London with a dog creche and its own permanent dogs, hosted a wonderful doggy dinner with great food for both humans and furry friends to celebrate the forthcoming release of The Secret Life of Pets. Watch this clip of Kevin’s racist dolphin joke. It’s my 9 year old son’s favourite one.
