October half term 11+ Exam Workshop

A course over 2 mornings covering English, Maths and Reasoning. In particular comprehension technique, essay writing skills, and general reminders about grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary. The Maths will cover a selection of revision topics and Reasoning will cover both Verbal and non-Verbal questions.

Dates: Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th October 2018

Times: 10.00am-1.00pm

Mock interviews for 11+ (and 10+)

An opportunity for an individual interview with a teacher experienced in interviewing children of this age. Interviews are 1 hour (£65) and  parents are asked to return for the last 20mins to receive the feedback.

Autumn Term Mock Exams

We have found that children benefit enormously from the experience of a real examination with suitable registration procedures and an unfamiliar exam setting.  The mocks are popular not only for those sitting entrance exams but also for an independent assessment of your child’s ability. They are held in East Sheen, (further details on our online booking site. Papers are returned marked with helpful comments and the average of that cohort. Different papers are set on each exam date so that children can attend one or both mock exams.

11+ (Year 6)

Children sit papers in English and Maths

10+ (Year 5)

Children sit papers in English, Maths and Verbal reasoning.

Friday 26th October (half term): 10.15-12.30pm

Saturday 10th November: 2.15-4.30pm

Children sit papers in English, Maths and Verbal reasoning.
