Things to do for families in Casino resorts such as Macau & Vegas

Some might think of places like Vegas, Macau or Monte Carlo as adult only type holidays but the fact is there is plenty to do for families in these places.

Vegas is bordered by Arizona, home of the sublimely beautiful Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon is one of the most awe inspiring geological anomalies in the world and one of the best ways to see it is via the mind blowing Skywalk attraction.

Skywalk allows you to stride out 70 feet beyond the rim of the canyon, looking down through a glass bottomed bridge at an incredible sheer drop. It’s hard to imagine the scale of the Grand Canyon until you’ve seen it in real life and for kids it’s something that they’ll never forget. I went there when I was 19 and I can still picture it in my head as a vivid memory.

Back in Vegas, you might like to take a trip up to the Eiffel Tower viewing platform. This is best done at night when you can take in the full beauty of the surrounding area.

Places like Monte Carlo in the South of France are famous for the casino industry, but the surrounding area is of stunning natural beauty and open countryside. Hire a family car and drive along the Cote D’Azur on some of the most wonderful coastal roads you’ll ever experience. Coastal Cities like Nice are a short drive away and guaranteed to have plenty of shops and restaurants suitable for the kids.

Anyone who plays at online casinos might be aware that tourist attractions and general entertainment have become an inherent part of the casino industry. There are all sorts of pyrotechnic variations on the great Bubble Show in the City of Dreams, Macau or the flame show in Melbourne’s Crown that will truly capture a child’s imagination.
