Recipe: Porridge and coconut 

This healthy recipe for Porridge and coconut was kindly donated to London Mums by Martinhal Family Hotel & Resorts. It’s quite unusual in Britain to add coconut in children’s porridge but popular in Portugal where this recipe comes from. 


60grs oats 

50grs grated coconut 

200ml oat milk 

100ml coconut milk 


In a pan, add all the ingredients and bring to the heat, stir until the liquid is reduced. 

You can serve a dish with only the cooked ingredients or you can grind it with the aid of a magic wand until pureed.
