That’s why we’ve put together a list of five healthy treats that you can bake with your kids. These treats are not only delicious, but they are also full of nutrients that your kids need. 1. Whole Grain Muffins
Whole grain muffins are a perfect snack for kids. They are delicious, healthy, and easy to make. You’ll need 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of honey, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
