What’s better than an Easter Egg, we hear you ask? Delicious, buttery crêpes filled with molten mini eggs and crème eggs – that’s what! Here are London Mums’ favourite recipes for Easter pancakes, or crepes to try and make this Easter with the kids.

To make things easier for mums and dads to involve the children in making these French style Easter pancakes, we have used a DIY kit recently created by Crêpeaffaire that comes packed with everything needed for delicious family festivities this spring. The Easter kit includes 250g of luxury house-blend pancake mix (enough for around 10 crêpes) and seasonal toppings of Nutella, smarties, white chocolate, mini eggs, golden syrup and Cadbury’s crème eggs. They are easy to make using the kit. Kids just need to add water and get ready to flip. They are available for nationwide delivery and cost £15.50.
Being still in lockdown without being able to host a big family feast this year, we can still have fun at home with an Easter Egg hunt and a cracking prize of chocolate filled crêpes for the treasure hunters – hop to it! I love the Easter Egg Hunt Card with clues and riddles to keep children entertained over the long weekend.
