Cranberry recipes

Cranberries are not just for Christmas. Cranberry sauce is a traditional accompaniment to turkey at Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners in the United States and Canada, and at Christmas dinner in the United Kingdom. London Mums have published quite a lot of Cranberry recipes over the years and you can view them in the recipe archive. Cranberries are rich in vitamins C, A and K as well as flavonoids, and they are recognised as powerhouse of Antioxidants. They help lower the risk of heart problems and boost brain power. Most commonly known as a popular remedy for cystitis, they are also anti-inflammatory, helping to prevent arthritis, cardiovascular disease and strokes. They contribute to good cholesterol and can help lower blood pressure.  They also help with wight loss and prevent cancer as well as combat tooth decay. Surely these are good enough reasons to add them in our diet.
