Snack Recipe: Chocolate & Blueberry Topped Bagels

Here you go an easy and quick recipe for a tasty snack both for kids and …. mums of course.

Prep time: 5 minutes

2 plain bagels cut in a half

60 g of chocolate spread (being Italian my favourite is Nutella)

40 g fresh blueberries

Toast the bagels and whilst still warm spread with the chocolate spread of your choice. Scatter over the blueberries and serve immediately.

Also delicious with raspberries or sliced strawberries in place of the blueberries or a mixture of all three fruits.
