These quick picnic recipes make it easy to make the most of the sunshine with your family this summer. If you’re lapping up the sun in the garden at home, give these treats a try. Simply chill in the fridge for half an hour, then enjoy!
portions: 6
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time:: 10 minutes
200 g fresh raspberries
300 g fresh strawberries
160 g Philadelphia with Cadbury
100 g low fat natural yogurt
1.Put the raspberries and strawberries in a bowl with the sugar and lightly crush with a fork. Divide the crushed fruit between 6 small dessert glasses or dishes.
2.Put the Philly in a bowl and loosen it with a whisk. Add a tablespoon of the natural yogurt to the philly and whisk together. Then lightly combine the remaining yogurt to the philly mixture, stirring lightly stir to give a rippled effect.
Spoon the rippled mixture over the fruit. Ideally chill for 30 minutes before serving.
