Al Fresco Feasts part 3: Summery Chicken Salad Wrap

Super easy and healthy meal idea for this Jubilympic summer. Ideal for quick fixes at street parties.

Total time: 20 minutes

2 small chicken breasts

2 soft tortillas

60 g (2 ½ oz) Philadelphia Extra Light

a little (Cos or Iceberg) lettuce

4 – 5 cherry tomatoes

1.Pop the chicken under a hot grill for 7 minutes each side, until thoroughly cooked.

2.Spread the tortillas with Extra Light Philadelphia. Slice the lettuce and tomatoes and place onto the Extra Light Philadelphia.

3.When cooled slightly, slice and place your grilled chicken on the top and season to taste. Roll up the tortillas and enjoy.
