Al Fresco Feasts part 2: Seaside Fish Finger Crusty Rolls

Recipe idea for this jubilympic summer, street parties and any type of quick, healthy and easy meal.

4 frozen fish fingers

60 g Philadelphia Original

Grated rind ½ lemon

black pepper to taste

15 g salad leaves

2 crusty rolls

1.Cook the fish fingers according to the instructions on the pack. Cut the rolls in half, horizontally.
2.Mix the Philadelphia with the lemon and pepper, spread onto the rolls, top with salad leaves and then the fish fingers. Serve.
