Al Fresco Feasts part 1: Easy to Pack Mince Wraps

Easy summery recipe which is also great for street parties.
portions: 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time:: 20 minutes
Total time:: 25 minutes
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, ready chopped
300 g extra lean minced beef
2 tsp chilli powder (according to taste)
400 g can tomatoes
100 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
8 soft tortilla wraps
1.Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and mince and fry until browned (5-7 minutes). Add the chilli powder and tomatoes, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Season to taste.
2.Warm the tortillas according to instructions on pack, spread each with Philly garlic and herbs and top with some mince mixture, fold up and serve with mixed salad.
