TREATMENTS REQUIRED Depending on the area of your body, a course of 8 treatments every 4–8 weeks (plus maintenance) is recommended.

Following each treatment there will be less visible hair for 3–6 weeks as the hair falls out. After the third treatment, depending on skin and hair type, the area can already begin to look patchy as certain hair follicles stop producing new hairs. Following a full course of treatments there will be a significant reduction of hair, ingrown hairs and pigmentation in the treated area. Any hairs that do remain will be noticeably finer. Most clients see a 60–80% hair reduction. Results may vary from person to person.

COSTS – £200-2000 for a course of 8 treatments with 6-8 intervals

Fat Freezing
Non-invasive fat reduction treatment

Stubborn fat cells are something that most of us have to deal with on a regular basis, even
with a good diet and healthy exercise regime certain fat cells just don’t seem to budge.
Losing belly fat, back fat or even a double chin can at times feel out of reach. There is a
method of losing fat called fat-freezing! This is just as it sounds, the fat gets frozen away.
CoolSculpting uses this revolutionary discovery in a safe, effective and FDA approved way.

FDA approved

A customised treatment plan will be discussed at your consultation and tailored to your body, goals, and budget. Typically, 1–2 treatments leave clients very happy.

The CoolSculpting procedure works by delivering controlled cooling to gently and effectively target
the fat cells underneath the skin, while leaving the skin itself unaffected. The treated fat cells are
crystallised (frozen), then die. Over time, your body naturally eliminates these dead cells, leaving
a more sculpted you.

On average clients see a 20–30% reduction of pinchable fat per treatment.

COSTS – Dependant on the number of applicators required, one applicator starts from £400

Body contouring – Build muscle and burn fat

FDA approved

A course of 4 treatments is recommended over 2 weeks.

The EmSculpt is the latest body sculpting treatment that helps with toning and lifting
areas such as, the abdomen, buttocks, arms and legs.
Voted as the most worth it treatment by Real Self in 2019 Patients Choice awards,
this non-invasive procedure causes powerful muscle contractions that are not achievable through regular contractions. Whilst exposed to the supramaximal contractions, the muscle tissue is then
forced to adapt to the extreme condition. It responds with a deep remodeling of its inner structure that results in muscle building and burning fat.

Some clients notice an increase in muscletone, as soon as 1 day after their first
treatment. Within 2 months, there is roughly a 16% increase in muscle mass and
a 20% reduction in fat. The results can last for 18 months or longer.

COSTS – £3000 for 4 treatments over 2 weeks.
