Dear London Mums,
HAPPY NEW YEAR first of all!
This is the year where I say NO to New Year’s resolutions and to the January blues.
In London there’s plenty of things to keep your mind off the bad weather and the cold.
In this newsletter I want to cheer you up with a few ideas to feel good about yourself and your life.
1) Start the new year doing something fun while earning some money:
Become a Coffee Mums with illy caffe’ – London Mums’ fab coffee mornings – the Italian way – The next meeting is on Thursday 15th January 2015 – Arrival time 10am at illy’s University of Coffee in the Business Design Centre in Angel, Islington. We will spend the morning sampling coffee and learning how to make it and we will then have lunch together at 1pm. We will be finished at 2pm. Email me firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested.
2) Learn something new…
….maybe a new skill, musical instrument or professional qualification. I am running two workshops this month that might just do the trick! I look forward to seeing some of you there.

Why not blog for London Mums to have a rant on something you care about and see how many people interact with you. You can make new good friends in the process. If you want to become a guest blogger create your Gravatar at Gravatar.com then register with your name at https://londonmumsmagazine.com/wp-login.php?action=register and I will then change your status to Contributor. Once that is done, you can log in at https://londonmumsmagazine.com/wp-login.php and start blogging using the password you chose when you registered. For guidelines on blogging I can email you individually or we can have a forum on Google+.
You can also challenge your child to become a child reporter for London Mums magazine and review movies at exclusive screening. Check our Kids Club and what our kids are doing. We have two so far Chiara and Diego and they love writing for us as well as drawing and attending lots of fun events.
5) Get entertained as life is to short to be unhappy
There are so many amazing movies out there as well as West End Shows you and your family should go and watch.
