Dear London Mums
This month we have 2 bank holidays, Jubilee celebrations and another half term… WOW! Which exactly means that for us mums it’s going to be a busy and tiring month. But we have lots of resources here on the London Mums website to help you cope.
At the end of May we will publish our print LONDON MUMS MAGAZINE (issue 6) with a special section dedicated to the Olympics and what you can do for FREE during this Jubilympic summer in London.
Meantime here are some ideas for things to do with the kids in May:
Our events’ calendar includes a selection of FREE or cost effective ways to entertain your kids during the bank holidays and half term without leaving the capital.
And if the weather is going to be rainy and grey, we have updated the ‘Get creative‘ section with lots of tips on things to do with the kids at home.
This month’s top articles include:
Marriage counselling tips: Some Principles of Keeping Love Alive…
What gets me really excited this May is the Kensington Dollshouse Summer Festival – 11-13 May 2012.
Last year I visited the festival and bumped into Helena Bonham Cater browsing around and shopping for dollhouse characters.
If you want to become a guest blogger on this website, please get in touch. This is YOUR site and peer support group. You can share your views or rants with us here. To date we have over 30 contributors and counting. Come on, London Mums, don’t be shy!
