Dear London Mums,
half term holidays bring some kind of relief to our hectic school routines so they are welcome despite being challenging. I have compiled suggestions for family fun activities whether you spend half term in London or you travel elsewhere to make the most of family time.
London Attractions
Half Term Ideas – Take Your Kids on a Cruise on the Thames!
Why go on holiday elsewhere when we can have one of the best sightseeing at the doorstep?
City Cruises offer a lot of different ticket types so that you can enjoy the day in just the way you want to.
River trips are always fun and whether you’re looking for the most convenient, picturesque way to travel between London landmarks or an all-day experience with your kids, we can help you enjoy comfortable passage between our piers.Buy a Red Rover for your family and, as always, this will cover two adults and three kids.
Sail with Santa is the unique chance for children to meet Santa on the River Thames, as he swaps his sleigh for a boat. Children will enjoy festive fun and a present, along with a soft drink and a cookie; while adults can console themselves for growing up with a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie.
Greenwich Explorer Pass combines a hop-on-off river cruise with a visit to two world famous attractions – the Royal Observatory and the Cutty Sark – and visit them in whichever order you like.
