Film review: Minions – The Rise Of Gru

Jun 29 2022

When life hands you lemons, turn them into minions. The Minions movie in 2015 which separated the wholesome hoard from Gru was entertaining and allowed them to shine in their own light, having deservedly stolen the show in the Despicable Me films.

There’s a satisfaction in this latest film of seeing them reunited, or perhaps pre-united, and the writers nicely balance the ingredients of their loyal, not too bright, henchmen support with the charmingly fractious junior Gru. Minions – The Rise Of Gru lands in cinemas on 1st July 2022.

Film review: Elvis starring Austin Butler and Tom Hanks

Jun 17 2022
As a huge fan of Elvis Presley, I could have never imagined anyone interpreting my idol. Read my review here to find out why I believe Elvis is the best movie of the past decade. It will be released nationwide on 24th June 2022 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
