My junk doll

I am so passionate about dolls that I started my own collection after having boys’ toys for several years…. Now my passion for making toys out of junk combined with my passion for dolls has produced this. I hope this junk doll can be inspirational for some mums wanting to entertain their kids at home while being creative and good to the environment by recycling.

A few weeks ago I received a phone call from Emily saying ‘I just remembered I am London Mum number 30’! It made my day. Mum of 2, Emily Goodall, is not only an active London Mum but also the founder and inventor of BundleBean, the only 5-in-1 waterproof baby blanket with an ingenious and unique design that means it fits snugly on to all buggies, bike seats, baby carriers, infant car seats and can open out flat for use as a picnic rug or play mat. Emily invented BundleBean after becoming frustrated at the amount of expensive kit required to keep her new baby warm and dry in different circumstances.

London Mum and blogger at Red Ted Art Maggy wins two awards!

I am proud of one of our favourite London Mums, Maggy W., mum of two, artist, blogger and amazing creator of artwork with kids and for kids. She has just won two awards for her Red Ted Art website: Best MAD Craft Blog and Best Pre-School Fun MAD Blog. I am very proud of her! The MAD Blog Awards is the UK’s largest independent awards programme for Mummy and Daddy bloggers.
