Charity pilot launches baby sensory classes to low income parents across UK

Feb 13 2020

The Duchess of Cambridge recently visited a baby sensory class revealing how isolated she felt as a first time mum and how important community is. Multi-award winning, early years sensory experience provider, Baby Sensory, has partnered with charity, OnSide Youth Zones, to launch a new charity pilot ‘BabyZone’, aimed at making sensory classes available to low income and deprived families across the country. Onside creates state-of-the-art 21st century youth facilities called ‘Youth Zones’ giving young people safe and inspiring places to spend their leisure time.

The announcement comes in the same week that the Duchess of Cambridge visited a baby sensory class in Cardiff and spoke about feeling isolated in North Wales when Prince George was a tiny baby and Prince William, a pilot.  This was her second visit of a three-part trip to launch a landmark survey on early childhood development.
