Good news for all nautical adventurers – Sea Life Brighton has extended the run of its Find Out More About… Dory and Friends events until the end of September, due to overwhelming popularity.
Visitors will be led on an interactive trail inspired by one of the new Disney•PIXAR movie’s star sea creatures Hank (voice of Ed O’Neill), a cantankerous octopus (who is actually a septopus!)

London has so much FREE stuff to offer to families. A great event for kids and parents is the Embankment Summer Market which returns to Victoria Embankment Gardens on London’s Northbank, adjacent to Embankment tube station from Friday 15th July to Sunday 17th July 2016.
The unique, three-day event created by City Showcase: Markets, the UK’s premier organiser of artisan and designer crafts events, follows last year’s highly successful launch, which saw in excess of 15,000 people visit the market.

Unmissable event for Italian speaking families in London: Sunday 3 July – 4pm The Italian Cultural Institute and the Scuola Italiana a Londra celebrate the publication of OH, FREEDOM by Francesco D’Adamo, translated into Italian by Siân Williams. This event is suitable for children aged 9 upwards and is followed by superb Italian style afternoon snacks and ice cream kindly offered by Gelateria Badiani – Winner Gelato Festival 2015 www.gelatofestival.it/en
This book is incredibly current especially in the light of what’s happening in Europe at this moment in time and especially good to explain to children who have dual nationalities that it is a privilege not a disadvantage to be different and multicultural.
