Last year in July when we went to some Olympic events at Excel London (close to Canary Wharf in South East London), I was really impressed to see how improved the area is now. Wow! I loved all the new activities around for kids so what a better excuse to go back there than visiting the Boat Show.
With the the new cable car spanning the river from Greenwich to the Royal Docks, you can take in views of London on the way! It’s also accessible by DLR, rail and car parking tickets can be purchased in advance for a daily price of £12 with an adult or concession advance Show ticket.
Check our our photo gallery to see a very happy child. After many hours of visiting the show, my son still wanted to browse around and visit more yachts…
We saw and visited stunning sail boats, power boats and we watched the Multi Activity Pool with model boat racing, kids activities and marine challenges taking place.
Needless to say that we loved visiting the yachts the most.
