Struggling to find the perfect gift for your little ones this Christmas? Then look no further than SantaCam, the easy way to send a personalised festive video message from Father Christmas himself.
Back by popular demand for the third year running, SantaCam is a great way to give your child a very special festive treat whilst making a huge difference to the thousands of families facing homelessness this Christmas.
Mums, dads and grandparents are all invited to log onto www.santacam.org.uk where they are just a few quick and easy questions away from creating a merry Christmas video message for the kids. Parents can watch as Santa greets children by name and talks about what they might find in their stocking on Christmas morning.
Father Christmas then runs each child through his ‘behave-ometer’ to check if they have been naughty or nice before sending them a final festive message live from his living room in Lapland.
All the charity asks in return for this unique gift is a donation to help raise money for their vital work helping thousands of people struggling to keep a roof over their head this Christmas.
Ex-Spice Girl and Shelter supporter Melanie C will be making sure her daughter gets a special message from Santa this Christmas.
She explains: “As a mum I know only too well how difficult it is to find that one special Christmas present to really put a smile on their face. But thanks to Shelter’s SantaCam I can send a personalised message from Santa himself and give my daughter a festive gift she won’t forget.
“Not only will it make her Christmas, but it will also help thousands of families across the country who face this Christmas without a home to call their own. So don’t delay, help Shelter help whoever’s next and visit www.santacam.org.uk to make a difference today.”
Tracy Griffin, director of fundraising at Shelter, said: “SantaCam is an easy way to bring Father Christmas to your children and to keep the magic of Christmas alive. In a matter of minutes you can create a special Christmas gift they will never forget and make a huge difference to people at risk of homelessness this Christmas.
“With someone facing losing their home every two minutes the reality is it really can happen to anyone, but Shelter is here to help when times get hard. We are calling on mums, dads and grandparents across the country to help us reach everyone who will need our help this Christmas by sending a SantaCam message today.”
