She currently lives in Westcliff On Sea with her gorgeous five year old boy, Oliver, who incidentally was  born deaf. Contesting a will can be a difficult process. Both in terms of the law and the effects on you personally, especially when in the middle of grieving.

When it comes to seeking legal advice for contesting a will, consider why you believe you need to. If it’s because you feel like you should have inherited more, although it can be difficult to get this sorted legally it is not impossible, but you will need to have the right grounds, and in the least have a  connection with the deceased and that you feel you have not been provided for fairly.

The last year has been difficult for everyone and the gym and fitness industry has been one of the hardest hit. Even the most seasoned athletes have struggled to find the motivation to train on their own, in cold, dark lockdown 3.0. Gyms are not just for working out in, they are a community, a hub, a place where you can shut yourself off from the outside world for a few hours to take some time to yourself, to work on you. While many have found that they are able to workout at home and some have even preferred it, we know that there are still a vast amount of gym users, desperate to get back to their gyms and classes to find that old comfort in the iron paradise, to be able to share their fitness journey with other like-minded people and to be able to push themselves to new levels of strength and fitness that isn’t necessarily available to everyone at home.

Wimbledon Cannizaro Park launches Nature Weekend 22 & 23 May 2021

 A great way to celebrate the return of spring and experience the wonder of nature with children is at Cannizaro Park’s inaugural Nature Weekend taking place on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 May.

The Grade II listed park on the fringes of Wimbledon Common in south west London has launched the two-day celebration with a packed programme of activities for all ages.
