The Lady Margaret School Christmas Fair is a much loved school and community event open to everyone. This year it takes place on Saturday 28th November 2015.
Affordable festive fun and for parents considering the school a good opportunity to see it in action with the choir singing carols and parents serving mince pies and mulled wine and running a variety of stalls. Turkey rolls and other tasty lunch time options are available in the cafe.
Younger children can try their luck on the children’s tombola, the lucky stocking and chocolate tombola stalls, have their faces painted or sample a hot chocolate with all the trimmings and perhaps purchase a pocket money toy or two. Other visitors can see what the stall holders have to offer.
There are Christmas gift ideas to to suit every pocket as well as Vintage clothing, second hand books, and home made produce on sale.
Past visitors have loved trying their hand at winning something on the bottle tombola or making a bid on the silent auction Lots are kindly donated by local companies and this year include a three course meal at the River Cafe, £250 of open studio tickets at the Heatherley School of Fine Art and two hours of free architectural advice.
