“Flip Out Brent Cross is a cut above the rest” – as a mother of two energetic boys, I truly am a believer of this. I sometimes wonder “am I biased as I work at Flip Out?” The answer is a firm no. Especially when I’ve seen my two year old jump so confidently on the trampolines as though he’s been doing it from day one, amazing!

Another customer conversation that sticks is when a mother stopped me in my tracks on the arena and told me that all parents should know about us (we’re working on spreading the word!). Her son was autistic and she found that nothing engaged him, especially anything linked to sports activity.
Yet there he was jumping in our trick park beaming with smiles from all the excitement. Not only did the mother feel relieved her child found acceptance of an activity, the fact it was a physical activity left her feeling over the moon. Our Mini Flipper sessions where a parent/guardian flips for free with an under 5 are also a great platform to develop motor skills and confidence in toddlers. Spending time with your under 5 doing something fun is beneficial on so many levels, otherwise it’s easy to get stuck indoors preparing the next meal! Our designated area for under 5s is available at all times while the arena is open.
Flip Out Brent Cross is the UK’s most advanced trampoline arena, trick park and ninja skills centre. The arena boasts a wide range of energy busting things to do and is great for all ages. We hold After Dark Clubbing sessions every Friday and Saturday evening, with no age limit the arena is still your local family friendly hub to spend time together in a different way.
The ninja warrior course is a hit for those over 1.2m (as seen on TV!), to this day it leaves the Flip Out team speechless when we see kids mastering the course again and again!
The laser maze tests one’s stealth skills (the kids go mad for it), there’s a foam pit to plunge into and a battle beam where you can practise those balancing skills! For the adventurous there’s a trick park to try out new stunts. We also have a cafe serving food and drink plus free parking.
Last but not least our experiential Earth, Water and Wind themed party rooms are sensational. It seems that word is getting around and all kids want their next party at Flip Out Brent Cross.
