Mill Hill School in NW7 London had an upgrade! Did you know that Mill Hill School has a Sports Centre which is open to the public?  It is a little gem of a centre with great equipment, attentive staff and a large variety of facilities. Check this out.

During the summer 2018, the Fitness suite had an upgrade of brand new Startrac equipment introducing a Stairmaster and Leg press, both of which are now installed and are being well used.

At the same time, the weights room had new free weights installed as the popularity of the weights room has become more and more apparent. The fabulous fitness instructors and Personal Trainers are on hand and available to be booked for one to one lessons and are full of enthusiasm and energy.

With the focus on health and fitness in the news, Mill Hill School has a number of classes held during the week and over the weekend and vary termly.

There are also rooms to rent, outside tennis courts and a large  sports hall for badminton and five-a-side football. The hall can also be hired for children’s parties. 

The outdoor space is equally as impressive on The Mill Hill School Estate, with a large astro turf, cricket pitches and fields, all available to rent in the summer months.

And nestled in a picturesque backdrop is a large indoor swimming pool, which is kept at a pleasant constant temperature, with swimming lessons and public sessions running during the evening and over the weekend.
