My first restaurant visit after easing of lockdown restrictions was the Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus, the most recent opening of the chain which pays tribute to the building’s prestigious heritage and unbeatable West End location. As a rock chick, I am always wowed by the walls adorned with authentic, one-of-a-kind memorabilia from decades of music history, featuring items from British music legends and international stars alike. The music in the background while eating is always carefully selected to please rock fans so undeniably Hard Rock Cafe is always one of my favourite choices when it comes to a Central London eatery.
Having visited several Hard Rock Cafe restaurants and shops around the world over the years, I have noticed that excellent service is a constant across venues. When I arrived at the Hard Rock Cafe with my friend we were allocated a very kind waiter called Katrina who made sure we were 200% happy and comfortable despite the coronavirus measures. Everybody in the customer service team was following correct social distancing procedures, and regularly cleaning tables.
The food and drinks we ordered were delicious including the New York Strip Steak, giant onion rings, shrimps antipasto and blueberry sangria.
I would definitely recommend coming here with kids as the menu for the little ones is good value for money.

While checking the amazing rock memorabilia, I spotted a photo by my friend and world-renowned rock photographer Denis O’Regan who followed David Bowie onto many tours to take the iconic star’s official pictures.
